Reflection

Created by bringing together glass and special stones, this mirror was designed not merely to reflect an image, but to express a person's view of themselves and their inner world. Each stone and glass piece catches a different light, giving the work its own distinctive shimmer.

The image the mirror reflects reminds the viewer to look beyond their outward appearance and to discover their own story. “Reflection” is a decorative and meaningful work in which light, color and the bond a person forms with themselves come together.

Special stones were used in the work:

° Crystal quartz, sunstone, labradorite, tiger's eye, agate, moonstone and iolite were used as special stones against the evil eye and negative energy, to balance feminine and masculine energy and to break negative energy.

° The glass-cutting form in the mirror was crafted specially to express strength, togetherness, unification and bonding.

° Golden-yellow lines were also added to represent abundance.
