While the warmth of the tea symbolizes the sincerity of sharing and conversation, the fig represents the bounty nature offers and the traditional flavors carried from the past to the present.

Uniting the craftsmanship of the ceramic teapot with the light of the glass mosaic pieces, this work tells of the warmth that forms around a cup of tea, of hospitality, and of the small but precious moments spent together.
